I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The room, though needing a bit of freshening up, was still comfortable and stylish, especially the suite with a view of Bayterek. The service was exceptionally friendly and helpful, despite a slight delay in communication. The location was convenient, right in the center of new Astana, with many attractions within walking distance. The dining experience was exceptional, providing delicious homemade products. Overall, a great value for money.
